operates a business of integrated marine transportation and storage of crude oil, petroleum products, semi-petroleum products and liquefied petroleum (“Goods”) to customers according to customers’ demand, including service provision of oil tankers for support of offshore petroleum exploration and production and ship management. The Group Company provides its transport service to customers operating oil refineries and to major oil traders for marine transportation of goods from different sources to destinations; whereas, the Group Company shall provide effective oil tankers to meet customers’ demands shall also provide crew members who have knowledge, abilities and expertise for safe transportation of goods in accordance with customers’ demands as well as for performance of works as per conditions agreed between the Group Company and its customers.

The Group Company owns two sizes of oil tankers: Aframax and VLCC. The Aframax of the Group Company shall pick up goods from oil refineries, fuel depots or ports of loading in Singapore and shall deliver goods at fuel depots or ports of discharge in Southeast Asia. Furthermore, the VLCC of the Group Company shall pick up goods from oil refineries, fuel depots or ports of loading in the middle east and shall deliver goods at fuel depots or ports of discharge in Thailand.

The Group Company has provided the transport and floating storage unit (FSU) services by using FSU vessels for storage of goods; whereas, the Group Company shall be obliged to keep goods of its customers in the condition as per the quality, specifications and quantity as prescribed by customers within the agreed period of time.

The Group Company provides its services of oil tankers which support offshore exploration and petroleum production to customer groups of offshore exploration and crude oil excavation companies; whereas, services provided include floating storage and offloading units (FSO vessels), accommodation work barges (AWB) and anchor handling tug (AHTs).

The Group Company provides services of ship management including technical management, crew management, and work safety management for crews, and care of goods and ships with respect towards environmental awareness.
